Ken Rishel

A longtime veteran of the manufactured housing industry, Ken Rishel was appointed by the Illinois governor in 2002 to head an effort to establish the Illinois Manufactured Housing Quality Assurance Board. He has been elected to the board for two state associations and he is past board chairman of the Illinois Manufactured Housing Association. He is the managing partner of Rishel Consulting Group, a nationally recognized consultancy in the manufactured housing industry that helps retailers and communities set up or fix related or captive finance companies, as well as helps retailers and community owners set up compliance management systems that help navigate the federal regulatory and compliance landscape.
